How does billing work?
We charge the plan amount up front and grant 30 days of access. Renew anytime from your officer Settings page — payment is processed via Stripe.
What counts as an application?
One application = one applicant submission that runs the full agent pipeline, regardless of officer decision. Re-runs after appeal don't double-count.
Can I cancel?
Yes — there's no auto-renewal. Your tenancy stays active until the end of the current 30-day period; after that you can renew or downgrade as needed.
